Concentrix is hiring a Quality Analyst specializing in COMO App Review for its customer engagement operational hub in Hyderabad. Operating within a high-velocity content moderation and app evaluation ecosystem, this role is responsible for auditing frontline content reviews against strict corporate compliance, legal, and safety policies. You will serve as a core analytical anchor—not only identifying structural data errors and compliance gaps but also actively analyzing performance data to execute root-cause analysis on quality trends. The role blends high-level policy interpretation with active leadership, requiring you to mentor teams, lead alignment calibration sessions with global stakeholders, and enforce corrective action plans to maintain service excellence.

Key Technologies:

Content Moderation Platforms, COMO (Content Operations Management & Optimization) Systems, Quality Auditing Software, Analytics & Data Visualization Tools (e.g., MS Excel)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a formal Graduate degree completed in any relevant stream.
  • 3 years of professional experience operating within a quality assurance, auditing, or compliance monitoring framework.
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct experience managing or leading a team working specifically inside a COMO-App review or high-volume content moderation environment.
  • Proven capability to objectively assess transactional work, user profiles, and application data streams against detailed content policies, trust guidelines, and rigorous operational quality frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency analyzing performance data to isolate knowledge gaps, track quality trends, identify systemic failure points, and recommend corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming raw audit findings into constructive, actionable, and metric-backed feedback scripts to improve agent accuracy and performance indicators.
  • Exceptional objective evaluation habits to make rapid, balanced, and policy-aligned quality assessments amid complex or ambiguous user-generated content scenarios.
  • Ability to partner cleanly with localized Operations, Corporate Training, Quality Managers, and external client teams to synchronize compliance definitions.
  • Must pass a standardized English Assessment at a B2 level or higher, showcasing strong written and verbal communication metrics for audit documentation and executive reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills to consistently execute high-volume audit pipelines within strict client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) without compromising detail accuracy.
